Acceptable Use Policy
What is and isn't allowed on YeloScale.

Effective as of September 2026. We update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy helps keep YeloScale safe and trustworthy for merchants and shoppers. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, and supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal activity, or content that infringes others' rights (including intellectual property).
- Fraud, deception, or misrepresenting products, prices, or your identity.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Harassment, hate speech, or content that is abusive or harmful.
3. Restricted goods and services
You may not use YeloScale to sell goods or services that are illegal in Tunisia or your customers' jurisdictions, or that are otherwise prohibited (for example regulated items you are not licensed to sell). You are responsible for any permits or licenses your business requires.
4. Fair use of the platform
Do not abuse platform resources, attempt to circumvent limits or security, or use the Service in a way that degrades it for others.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal or security risk. Where appropriate, we will try to give notice.
